Teaching Studio

Currently serving as a teaching assistant at Stony Brook University, my teaching style is very friendly and I have a great passion for teaching! I also like to guide my students on how to refine their playings by themselves and encourage them to form their own thoughts on the music, and I believe the ability to resolve problems without outside help is crucial not only in the music realm but also in real life, so it is a good place to train that skill too!  Furthermore, I don’t limit my students and put them into a mold- I encourage them to embrace their unique ideas and embrace their individuality as part of their identity. I am confident that with my help, my students will not only fall more deeply in love with violin playing but also become more confident in performing. I have worked with students of all levels, so whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player, I can promise you will get the most out of me. 

Seeing the amazing progress of my students is always so encouraging to me. I always tailor my pedagogy approach to each student's needs. I aspire to inspire my students to love music as well as everything they do in life as I guide them on their musical journey.
